WINTER ENGAGEMENT AT ECHO LAKE | KATEY & JOSH | WINTER MOUNTAIN ENGAGEMENT

One of my favorite location for engagement session is Echo Lake, which is tucked away a short drive from Idaho Springs, Colorado. I love it so much because it’s much more secluded than other popular mountain location. Half of the time I work there, we are about the only ones there that makes my clients super comfortable and relaxed to be their true authentic selfs without the fear of hikers constantly looking at them. Doesn’t sound like the most comfortable experience, right?

I met Katey & Josh at Jessica & Zack’s Wedding at Flying Horse Ranch in 2020 (you can click the link to see their blog post) as Josh is Jessica’s brother! Katey loved my work reached out to be shortly after to photograph their wedding and I was so flattered. They are getting married in June 2022 at The Manor House in Littleton, Colorado which is the perfect mix of elegance while showing off Colorado’s natural mountain beauty as it’s nestled in the foothills.
