This intimate family studio maternity session in Denver, Colorado was the perfect fit for a winter session. Since the temps can be pretty low in the winter months, I usually recommend keeping sessions indoors during the winter months. Especially if there are any younger kiddos involved. Our time can be limited when it’s cold & can be difficult to keep toddlers happy, even if we work fast. Since we chose to keep the session indoors, we got to experiment with different looks, give soon to be big brother a break when he needed one & truly take our time, letting momma enjoy this experience of her pregnancy.
Sara borrowed some dresses from our studio wardrobe, which is always a popular choice among expecting Momma’s. There are so many things to budget for when you are adding a new member of your family. However, as a full service photographer I am happy to not only help provide wardrobe but also offer styling services to help take something off your plate when things can often feel overwhelming when expanding your family.
