Mother’s Day Photos Spring Outfit Inspiration

As the warm weather approaches and things liven up we are so excited to be outside in the warm weather, green trees & colorful flowers.  My annual Mommy & Me mini sessions are so near and dear to my heart as I get to see these families year after year.  Brides becoming mothers, I just love walking though this next season with you.  After you book your session the hardest thing to figure out is what everyone is going to wear- am I right??

Well here’s a little inspo for you!  It doesn’t have to be super hard, you may even have a lot of this in your closet.

Floral Dress for Momma & Don’t Mix Patterns

Nothing says spring like a floral dress. Long maxi dresses are great because they make you look dressed up, the fabric adds some extra movement into the photo & they are very flattering! The only thing I recommend is try not to mix patterns.  If mom is in a florals, keep everyone else in neutrals or solid pastels.  When you mix patterns it can be distracting to the eye and take away from the people in the photo.

Think bows for the little girls, bow ties & suspenders for the girls, add some wedges and fun jewelry for mom!  These fun little details can make things pop a little and make your photos look unique!

Matching Sets

Matching sets are dog gone adorable!  Rather you match with your little girl, or 2 boys match eachother its so stinking cute.

I’m leaving a few inspo photos below from past mommy & me years!  Can’t wait to see everyone soon!
